Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping addresses we cannot service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days at the listed subscription price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@sleeptruly.com before the next renewal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleeptruly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
