By accessing sleeptruly.com or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping addresses we cannot service.

Shipping & cancellation

We aim to ship orders quickly. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to our carrier, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or stopped. This applies to all products, including one-time purchases and subscription orders. If you no longer want the item, you must follow the refund/return process after delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Cancelling a payment or filing a chargeback after shipment is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we may reship at the customer's expense or issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs.

Product disclaimer

Nightly Reset is a dietary supplement manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility in the United States. It is not an FDA approved drug. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or if you have a medical condition.

Refunds & guarantee

Our 30 night guarantee applies to first orders only and requires a minimum of 14 consecutive nights of use before a refund can be requested. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, non-refundable shipping, and return of the product at the customer's expense. Full eligibility rules, fees, and the request process are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order you confirm you have read and agree to that policy.

Chargebacks & payment disputes

You agree to contact Sleeptruly support first and exhaust our refund process before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Filing a chargeback before contacting us, before the required use period, or before delivery is completed, is a breach of these terms and may result in the dispute being challenged with evidence of delivery, product use, and your acceptance of these terms at checkout.

If you have a legitimate concern, we will almost always find a fair solution through our support process. Chargebacks damage our business, increase costs for all customers, and are only appropriate as a last resort after good-faith resolution attempts have failed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days at the listed subscription price until cancelled.

How to cancel. All cancellations are handled by our customer support team by email. There is no self-service cancel button inside your account. To cancel, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@sleeptruly.com from the address on your order with the subject line "Cancel my subscription".
2. We reply within one business day with a short cancellation form (order confirmation, reason for cancelling, and, optionally, any feedback that helps us improve).
3. Return the completed form to the same email address.
4. Once we receive your completed form, we cancel the subscription and send you a written confirmation by email. Your subscription is considered cancelled only after you receive that confirmation.

To make sure a pending renewal is stopped in time, please send your initial cancellation email at least three (3) business days before your next renewal date shown in your account. Renewals that have already been billed or fulfilled cannot be reversed.

First subscription shipment (trial period). The first subscription order is a discounted trial shipment intended for evaluation over a full 30 night cycle. Because the discounted price is tied to your enrollment in the recurring program, the first shipment is non refundable and non returnable, and the product may not be returned for a refund within the first 30 days. If you cancel during the first 30 days, you may keep the product already shipped, but no refund, credit, or replacement will be issued for that first order. Our 30 night guarantee described above does not apply to subscription orders.

Renewals. Subscription renewals after the first shipment are non refundable. To avoid the next renewal, you must complete the email cancellation process described above before the renewal date shown in your account. Orders already placed or in fulfilment cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photos, logos, product designs) is owned by Sleeptruly or its licensors and protected by US and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleeptruly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
