Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time & cost

Standard shipping is free on every order and arrives in 1 to 3 business days via USPS or UPS Ground from our fulfillment center in California. Expedited options are available at checkout where supported.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not see it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or email hello@sleeptruly.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it at no cost.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
