30 night sleep guarantee
Try Nightly Reset for a full 30 nights. If it is not the right fit, email us at hello@sleeptruly.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You do not need to return the bottle.
How to request a refund
Send your order number and a brief note to hello@sleeptruly.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
Subscription cancellations
Cancel anytime before your next renewal. Shipments that have already been processed cannot be refunded, but the next renewal will be stopped.
Non refundable
Original shipping fees on expedited upgrades and any third party purchases (gift cards, promotional bundles marked final sale) are non refundable.
